The I.N.F. is an annual charity Song Festival organized by the Egyptian Association for Children Culture and Arts (E.A.C.C.A.) under the High patronage of H.E. The First Lady Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak. The benefits of the Festival go towards Egyptian and African Children.
The first INF was declared Festival of the Year in January 1999 at FIDOF’s annual meeting in
The Festival works towards developing musical education of children in the early stages in addition to an appreciation of global cultures and values using music and the arts. Through this the principles of freedom and peace are encouraged.
The competition is open to children in three groups, Entrants must have performed publicly prior to the event, and should have won an award for singing.
Songs performed must be original, never having been published or performed before in any contest or TV or radio broadcast.
Guest artists from several countries will perform during the days of the contest.
Many countries from all continents have already confirmed their participation.
The aims of the event are the following:
1. The musical education of Children in their early stages. 2. To teach children about differences in values and cultures aiming to appreciate these values through music and arts.
3. To evoke love for freedom and peace in children’s early years.
4. To give emphasis to educational significance in children’s life
